Lighted Santa Parade brightens a dreary Saturday
Damp, cold weather did not seem to hold down the crowds one bit for the annual Lighted Santa Parade in Spring Valley.
Crowds lined St. Paul Street downtown, and entries ranging from business and organizations' floats to festively lighted vehicles and lighted shopping carts lined up at Hall High School at sunset for the parade, which capped off Small Business Saturday activities.
