Morena G. Andrade-Duncan, 47, of 1981 E. Eighth Road, Tonica was charged with theft of more than $500 at 6:03 p.m. Wednesday at PetSmart, Peru police said. She was arrested for allegedly making fraudulent “price match” transactions over the past nine months, police said.
William Baker, 44, of Earlville was treated and released by Earlville EMS after a single-vehicle rollover accident at 7:55 a.m. Monday at U.S. 34 and E. 11th Road west of Earlville, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office. Baker was eastbound on U.S. 34 when he fell asleep and lost control his vehicle, entered into the south side ditch and overturned, police said. No charges were issued.

Nathan Simpson, 35, of 1401 N. Ottercreek St. Apt. 81, Streator was picked up at 4:26 p.m. Tuesday at 221 Penn St., Streator on a failure-to-appear Woodford County warrant for driving while license revoked, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.
Justin Francis, 28, of 619 W. Jackson St., Ottawa was picked up at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday at his residence on a La Salle County warrant for petition to revoke probation, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.
Jesse Barnes, 41, of 200 Fifth St., Apt. 3, La Salle was picked up at 9:27 p.m. Tuesday on an La Salle County warrant for felony driving while license revoked, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.
Andrew Couch, 29, of 2793 E. 28th Road Lot 74, Seneca was picked up at 11:01 p.m. Tuesday at his residence on a La Salle County warrant for aggravated driving under the influence, according to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office.
Josh DeBruhl, age and address not available, was listed Wednesday in fair condition in St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria, following a single-vehicle rollover crash along Route 92 on Tuesday. Bureau County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the name but has not released an accident report. Ohio Fire Department extricated the driver from the car, and a LifeFlight helicopter was called to transport the driver from Perry Memorial Hospital, Princeton.
